Ray Harrigill
Ray is a Mississippi native and a graduate of Millsaps College and the Mississippi College School of Law. He holds an undergraduate degree in business, a MBA, and a Juris Doctorate. Ray began his career in the restaurant business while in school. He was recruited to run a group of restaurants in his last year of law school and completed his degree while running 26 restaurants in three states for Jackies International, Inc. In December of 1996, he left that position to start The Sunray Companies, LLC when he purchased a single restaurant in Jackson, MS.
Since 1996, Ray has remained focused on building an award-winning company that operates best in class brands. His vision of sustainability includes operating businesses that enhance the lives of the guests and team members.
