Aiman Khorakiwala is a dynamic, results-oriented CEO in the agrochemical industry. After earning a degree in Genetics from the USA, she began her career in her family’s agri-inputs business and played a key role in establishing its Seeds division, then known as Hi-Q Seeds, in 2004.

She is currently the CEO and Whole-Time Director of InGene Organics, part of the privately owned Biostadt Group. The company manufactures and distributes crop protection chemicals and biostimulants, focusing on effective farmer solutions, timely delivery, and sourcing high-quality agri-products globally. Under her leadership, InGene Organics has grown to a network of 1,600 distributors, 5,000+ retailers, and 60 products, with a strong commitment to sustainable farming and improved crop productivity.

Ms. Khorakiwala also manages her family’s 100-year-old retail business, Akbarallys Men, leading its successful transformation in 2016 into Mumbai’s largest men’s fashion destination.
