Born in Venezuela and spending many years in the Dominican Republic while working for US companies, I have cultivated excellent relationships within Latin America and gained a deep understanding of US work culture and software engineering needs, creating the foundations for what Blue Coding is today. For the past 10 years we have built nearshore teams with hundreds of software engineers, project managers, designers and other professionals.
