Orit Pollak
I am second generation in a family business based in Lima Peru, focused on manufacturing and innovation.
At Reyemsa we produce 55-gallon steel drums, primarily for lubricants, oils, and fruit pulps.
Our second company, Orginor Natural, specializes in the development and processing of natural colorants, ingredients, and spray-dried extracts. We lead R&D and turnkey projects for the food and feed industries.
Before joining the family business, I worked across the oil & gas, mining, and healthcare sectors. In 2017, I co- authored the Bbq book ‘La Cocina al Cilindro’ to promote Peruvian Cuisine together with our Bqs and was awarded in Gourmand Awards as the best Bbq book in the world!
I currently serve on the external board of the National Chamber of Industry and at a risk rating agency.
