Ronit Molko
I’m Ronit Molko- a graduate of OPM 47 and based in Los Angeles. I’ve spent the past ~35 years working across autism services, developmental disabilities, home health, and traumatic brain injury, with my primary focus always being autism. In 2000, I founded Autism Spectrum Therapies, providing ABA and behavioral services in homes, schools, and clinics; I sold the company in 2014 after scaling it nationally.
Since then, I’ve done buy-side diligence and advisory work for private equity entering the behavioral health space, and most recently served as CEO of a PE-backed, impact-focused autism services organization, a role I stepped out of in January. I’m also a certified psychedelic therapist and am deeply interested in the emerging psychedelic-assisted therapy and biotech space.
