Linda Miklas is a skilled coach and consultant with over 30 years of broad organizational experience. She specializes in executive coaching, senior leader development, and team performance.
Linda has held key leadership roles in a range of industries including higher education, banking, aviation, and records and information management; each with a consistent attraction – the opportunity to build a new function or service.
In addition to her work with FMG Leading, Linda is founder and principal of Radiant Coaching and Consulting, where she works with leaders in higher education, research, and healthcare – academic and administrative leaders, as well as physician leaders and science professionals – who are navigating the challenges and complexity associated with innovation and change. Linda is also co-creator and co-host of the Forever Changed podcast.
