I began my career on Wall Street, immersed in acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management. Over more than a decade, I managed $7 billion in transactions and led high-profile deals across global real estate. The numbers were large, the stakes were high, and I learned the discipline of building systems that scale.
In 2018, I founded C-STAR as a real estate fund, focused on building value through smart acquisitions. But as we scaled, I realized that fund performance depended on more than capital. To meet that need, I launched Canyon Residential as a fully integrated operating platform to directly manage assets and drive consistent results.
But when I moved deeper into real estate operations, I saw firsthand how much inefficiency, frustration, and human stress exist in something as basic as property repairs. That realization changed my path. It pushed me to create PaiBox, an AI-powered platform that serves both property managers and homeowners.
