Caroline Elkins
Caroline Elkins is a Pulitzer Prize–winning historian and Professor at Harvard Business School, where she teaches in the OPM and MBA programs on topics of empire, power, and global institutions. She is best known for her groundbreaking work on the British Empire, including her award-winning book Imperial Reckoning, which exposed the realities of colonial rule in Kenya. Her research and teaching focus on how historical patterns of power, governance, and conflict shape today’s geopolitical and economic landscape, helping leaders better understand the forces driving global change.
