Christine Carville, LCSW-R, is the co-founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Resilience Lab, an innovative psychotherapy startup with 250 clinicians and supervisor providing simple, personalized, affordable therapy in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Christine developed the Resilience Methodology, a trans-theoretical training model that provides the fundamental framework for therapists to be able to provide individualized, flexible, trauma-informed care which is taught through the Resilience Institute.
