Jay Shah
Jay Shah is an Architect and the Founder of Kaizen AI, an artificial intelligence-based value optimization platform for large real estate projects. With over 14 years of experience as a registered architect with COA - New Delhi, he has a Master's in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Mumbai University. He is also the Director of Access Architects and the Non Executive Partner of AXS Design, where he orchestrated the acquisition of two world-renowned architectural firms - Yann Leroy Architects in Paris and Studio Aria in Bangkok. Yann Leroy, who joins as Chief Design director has designed the Sofitel in New York, St. Regis Residences in Bangkok, Jakarta Stock Exchange, and Jumeirah Golf Estate in Dubai, among more than a thousand other projects that have gained worldwide acclaim.
